Diana Basta loves the practice of law.  She decided to attend law school after her first child was born and never looked back.  She has always been active in real estate and her extensive knowledge in that area of law comes from, what she considers, the school of hard knocks as she personally acquired, structured, and managed her own residential and commercial real estate.

TammyTammy has been a paralegal for more than twenty years and began working as the Firm’s office manager shortly after it opened. She is a licensed Title Agent, Associate Member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and a licensed Realtor.  Tammy manages residential and commercial real estate throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties.

Tammy’s experience includes real estate litigation, probate and estate planning.  As a licensed title agent, she also conducts real estate closings.  She has been instrumentally involved in trial work from initial consultation through appeal.  Tammy’s forte however, is negotiation.  She is extremely comfortable when conducting settlement negotiations whether credit card debt, short sale negotiations or negotiating any type of dispute.

Tammy attended law school at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center  after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University.  She desires to finish her law degree at Stetson University in the future.
